For many years, I had left letters each Christmas for good girls and boys all over the country. While these long-standing traditional letters from me had brought smiles to countless children's faces, they have always covered the same basic "good girl and boy" ground every year, and kids were starting to think that there was something funny going on!

So, I decided to shake things up and retire the old letters. My Elves worked day and night since for a year to build the first FREE online Christmas Gift Registry that allows children to email their yearly gift wish-list directly to the North Pole. Parents can also add their children to my yearly Naughty or Nice Lists and purchase certificates celebrating their child's appearance on the appropriate list.

I have also become very concerned by the hectic nature of the Christmas shopping season these days, and wanted to do everything I could to reduce the holiday stress level of all the families I visit on Christmas Eve.
