No. Only people whom you invite to view your gift registries can see them. There is no way to publicly search for a gift registry on SantasBigList.com. However, if someone you invite to view your registry forwards your email, the recipients of that email will also be able to view your registry.

Will My Children Ever Know About SantasBigList.com?

No. All email communication to your child(ren) will come from Santa@SendEmail2Santa.com including the response to their initial email and any Naughty or Nice List notifications. The links to their online Naughty/Nice List listing will go to a page under the SendEmail2Santa.com domain. Santa and the Elves spent many hours designing a site that would protect the magic of Santa Claus and the North Pole.

Once My Child Uses SendEmail2Santa.com, How Long Do I Have To Approve The Listing?

Once your child uses SendEmail2Santa.com, you have 30 days to approve the listing. If not, the listing and ALL of its associated information will be permanently deleted from Santa's database.

How Do I Cancel Or Suspend My Account?

That's easy! Log in to your account and click on MEMBER SERVICES in the top navigation bar. Once on that page click on #2 and then cancel or suspend your account. IMPORTANT! If you cancel your account, all information associated with your account will be deleted from Santa's database. If you want to use SantasBigList.com again, you will have to re-create ALL of your registries. So if you are not sure if you want to cancel your account, Santa recommends that you suspend it until you decide.

Why Do You Require A Separate Email Address For A Child And Parent At SendEmail2Santa.com?

If a child under the age of 13 uses SendEmail2Santa.com, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act requires that we notify the child's parent or guardian that the child used the site and what their communication with us included. We ask for a separate parent email to ensure as much as possible that a child using SendEmail2Santa.com continues to believe in the magic of Santa. After all, if child received the Parent Notification email back at their email address, it would probably create some questions. Before you can create that account, you MUST the use the link from the Parental Notification email you receive after your child use the SendEmail2Santa.com website.

How Many Gifts Can Each Person On My Registry Ask For?

When using SendEmail2Santa.com, a child can ask for up to 10 presents from Santa. We don't want to overwhelm him after all. But a parent can then go into the child's registry after creating an account and add up to 10 more presents. Any registry created directly from your SantasBigList.com can also contain up to 20 presents.

Can Anyone See Any Of My Family's Contact Information (Street Address, Email Address, Etc.)?

No. Only the account holder has password protected access to any of that information. Invited guests to any registry can only see the person's name, age, city, state, present list and all of its associated information.

Can I Block An Individual Gift Registry From Being Viewed?

Yes and its very easy to do. Go to View Registries and click on Edit next to the registry you want to hide. Change the registry's status to DEACTIVE and then SAVE the registry. To unhide the registry, simply change the status back to ACTIVE and then SAVE the registry.

Not at all. If you don't want to send your child (or any family member) a Naughty/Nice List notification email, just make sure the NO choice for sending a notification email is selected in that person's registry.

How Do I Suspend Or Delete My Registry?

SantasBigList.com gives you the option of suspending or deleting individual registries on your account, or your entire account as a whole. Simply go to Member Services and take the action you want. Please remember that if you cancel your account, all of the registries and information associated with it will be permanently deleted from out database.

What's The Difference Between Invite Others & Tell Others?

Use the "Invite Others" page to invite all of your friends and family members that typically buy Christmas gifts for you and your family to view your Gift Registry on SantasBigList.com. Only friends or family members that receive this email from you will have access to your Gift Registry and be able to "Pick-A-Present" for you or your family members.

Use the "Tell-A-Friend" page if you just want to tell someone about SantasBigList.com without inviting them to view your gift registry.
